Job Context
The Legal Researcher will support attorneys and legal teams by conducting in-depth research, analyzing legal issues, and preparing detailed reports. This role involves gathering relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to assist with case strategy, ensuring accuracy, and supporting legal arguments.

Job Responsibility
Conduct thorough research on legal issues, case law, statutes, and regulations.
Analyze findings and compile clear, concise reports for legal teams.
Review case files, legal documents, and precedents to support case preparation.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that impact ongoing cases.
Assist attorneys with drafting legal memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
Organize and manage legal research databases and resources.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (JD or LLM preferred).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Experience Requirement
At least 3 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Criminal cases, Real Estate cases, financial frauds and Corporate Crimes
